We worship God in Word and Sacrament, Care for Creation, Serve people in need and Respect Differences.

We strive to be a church that can represent the growing values of Vermont people.
To be respectful and supportive of the different ways we grow our faith, to learn from one another, to be socially active working to support and give voice to those in need, and to be a community where all can feel welcome and loved.

We are an open and affirming congregation. That means we believe the Church should serve all people and reject all messages of discrimination.
We believe Jesus came to serve the poor, the sick, women and children, young, old and people of other nations. We need to extend that love too.
We strive to be a place where all people may feel loved and welcome.
In particular we welcome our siblings from the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities as we go through these times of cultural struggle.
